Located in the town of Belville, North Carolina just minutes from downtown Wilmington, Highland Shores Subdivision lies nestled along the Brunswick River. Highland Shores is a distinctive community of 52 water access home sites. Residents enjoy the amenities of the neighborhood and the easy-living atmosphere. Ample lot sizes, fully grown wooded areas and water views give the resident a much needed refuge from the fast pace of daily life.

     The main attraction for Highland Shores is the community Marina and gazebo located on the scenic Brunswick River. All residents are welcome to stroll the pier, relax in the gazebo and enjoy the peace and quiet of the river. There are 30 boat slip assignments for the enjoyment of those owners who have purchased a slip. Water front owners have the option of building their own private pier. It is a short 15-20 minute boat ride to downtown Wilmington for dining or just sight seeing and approximately 20 minutes to the Intracoastal Waterway that leads to wherever the Captains’ heart may desire.

     Our second water feature is the generously sized pool for residents, children and guests to come cool off in during the hot days of summer. There is a BBQ grill available for entertaining guests. The pool is all about relaxation in a resort atmosphere.  There is also a nature walk where natural beauty  is abundant.

     The community Clubhouse, approximately 1300 square feet, offers a place for owners to entertain or to meet their neighbors. The Clubhouse features a full kitchen, fireplace and entertainment center. The Clubhouse is available for rental by all owners.
