New Locks on Clubhouse
Please remember to keep your key with you at all times when using the Clubhouse. The door automatically locks when it shuts. Use only the lower handle lock not the upper deadbolt lock.

of property in Highland Shores. To insure HOA dues credited correctly, the transfer fee of $75.00 is paid and so we know we have new neighbors; all closing attorneys are required to contact Elly Lister for the most current financial information prior to closing.
