       Located in the town of Belville, North Carolina just minutes from downtown Wilmington, Highland Shores Subdivision lies nestled along the Brunswick River. Highland Shores is a distinctive community of 52 water access home sites. Residents enjoy the amenities of the neighborhood and the easy-living atmosphere. Ample lot sizes, fully grown wooded areas and water views give the residents a much-needed refuge from the fast pace of daily life.

       The main attraction for Highland Shores is the community Marina and gazebo located on the scenic Brunswick River. All residents are welcome to stroll the pier, relax in the gazebo and enjoy the peace and quiet of the river. There are 30 boat slip assignments for the enjoyment of those owners who have purchased a slip. Waterfront owners have the option of building their own private pier.  Dining and sightseeing in downtown Wilmington is a short 15-20 minute boat ride.  In 20-30 minutes, boaters can be on the Intracoastal Waterway leading to wherever the Captain's heart may desire.

       For all residents our second water feature is a ample-sized pool.  Residents, families, and guests cool off during the hot days of summer while relaxing in a resort-like atmosphere.  There is a BBQ grill available for entertaining guests. The pool is all about relaxation in a resort atmosphere.

     The Clubhouse, approximately 1300 square feet, offers a comfortable place to meet neighbors and entertain guests, as well as an adjacent outdoor BBQ gas grill.  It also features a full kitchen, fireplace, and WIFI for television and audio.  The Clubhouse is available for private use by owners with a deposit and/or fee.  Please see the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and Rules in the Residents Only section of the website.  Reserve the clubhouse on the Reservation section of the web site.
