Annual Labor Day Community Party
Sunday, September 6th, 1:00 pm at Clubhouse

Each year, we wrap up the summer with our annual Labor Day Community Party at the clubhouse. It’s a laid-back afternoon centered around grilling, pool time for the kids, and an easy neighborhood barbecue atmosphere.

As usual, the grills are going, the pool is open, and neighbors come and go throughout the afternoon to eat, swim, and spend time together. It’s less about a schedule and more about enjoying the last stretch of summer as a neighborhood.

Whether you stay for a while or just stop by, it’s a familiar end-of-summer tradition and a simple way to enjoy the holiday together.

Annual Turkey Trot
Thursday, November 26th, 8:30 am at Clubhouse

Each Thanksgiving morning, we kick off the day with our annual Turkey Trot, starting at the clubhouse. Neighbors meet up around 8:30 am for a casual walk or run through the neighborhood, then loop back to the clubhouse to wrap things up.

Afterward, we hang around for coffee and doughnuts, with mimosas available for the adults. It’s an easy, no-pressure way to get outside, breathe in some cool air, and see familiar faces before the rest of the day unfolds.

Whether you walk, run, or just come by for a bit afterward, it’s a simple tradition that’s become part of how we start Thanksgiving together.
