Annual Fourth of July Golf Cart Parade & Cookout
Saturday, July 4th, 11:30 am - Golf Cart Parade / 12:00 pm Cookout & Pool Party at Clubhouse

Each year, we celebrate the Fourth of July with one of our most anticipated neighborhood traditions. The day starts at the clubhouse with our golf cart parade, where neighbors decorate their carts in red, white, and blue and take a slow loop through the neighborhood. It’s a short, festive parade that families and kids especially look forward to.

After the parade, everyone reconvenes at the clubhouse for a cookout, pool time, and an easy afternoon together. Neighbors come and go, kids are in and out of the pool, and the grills are going.

Later in the evening, some neighbors gather near the dock to watch the fireworks across the water, rounding out the day in a very Highland Shores way. It’s a full, familiar Fourth of July that unfolds naturally and brings the neighborhood together throughout the day.

Annual Labor Day Community Party
Sunday, September 6th, 1:00 pm at Clubhouse

Each year, we wrap up the summer with our annual Labor Day Community Party at the clubhouse. It’s a laid-back afternoon centered around grilling, pool time for the kids, and an easy neighborhood barbecue atmosphere.

As usual, the grills are going, the pool is open, and neighbors come and go throughout the afternoon to eat, swim, and spend time together. It’s less about a schedule and more about enjoying the last stretch of summer as a neighborhood.

Whether you stay for a while or just stop by, it’s a familiar end-of-summer tradition and a simple way to enjoy the holiday together.
