2026 Annual Chili Cook-Off
Saturday, February 21st, 4:00 pm at Clubhouse

Our annual Chili Cook-Off is a long-standing neighborhood tradition and one of those events we all know and look forward to each year. It’s a relaxed evening at the clubhouse where neighbors bring their favorite chili recipes, sample each other’s creations, and enjoy some easy time together.

There’s no pressure and no formality, just good food, familiar faces, and a little friendly competition that comes with doing this year after year. Some folks cook, some taste, some do both, and it all comes together naturally.

As always, everyone is welcome to take part or stop by, even briefly. It’s one of those simple gatherings that reminds us how much this neighborhood feels like home.

Spring Neighborhood Cleanup Day
Saturday, March 14th, 8:30 am at Clubhouse

Each spring, we gather at the clubhouse to take care of light cleanup, organization, and minor maintenance across our shared spaces and common areas. This typically includes attention around the clubhouse, pool, dock, gazebo, marina, and other areas throughout the neighborhood.

After the winter and holiday season, we reset pool furniture, make small repairs, tidy up storage areas, and handle basic marina and floating dock maintenance. It’s a practical, hands-on morning focused on keeping the neighborhood looking good and functioning well.

Anyone who’s available is welcome to join in, even if only for a short time. Every bit of help makes a difference.
